Welcome to my practice!  All new clients must book this service. Your first appointment runs anywhere from 75-90 min and includes a consultation along with your custom tailored session. Complimentary red light ($15 value) if indicated.

Initial Consult with Craniosacral and/or Lymphatic Session

CST helps in the recovery of surgery, dental care, migraines, auto immune diseases, sleep disorders, back and neck pain, emotional distress and more.
Choose this if this is the main modality you would like to work with.

Craniosacral Therapy

Add on the recovery benefits of the Platinum Red Light during or after your session. 
(After a session is subject to availability and a $15 surcharge)

Craniosacral Therapy with Red Light

MLD is a must for pre and post surgical care, auto immune disease, swelling and more.
Choose this booking if you are looking for a full lymphatic treatment. My work is very much rooted in Craniosacral therapy so all sessions have some of that work blended into it but I do keep a full lymphatic session true to both the Vodder and Chickly methods.
